Cucumber Lunch Wrap

Ingredients:
3-5 cucumber slices
Lavash wrap
5-6 cherry tomatoes
hummus
1/2 avocado
oregano
pepper
Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Directions:
Spread hummus generously on the Lavash wrap
Halve the cucumbers and spread them across in 3 rows. You want the rows to make it easier to roll.
Sprinkle diced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
Lastly, sprinkle the seasonings over it and roll the wrap up.
Bonus Thoughts:
This is the perfect lunch. It's so fun and fancy looking, but so easy to make. If you don't have a wrap with you, make this on toast and turn it into a sandwich! I've definitely done this and brought it even on a hike with me for a "destination lunch."
