Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Microwave the peas so they are warm. Then add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix it together.
Toast two slices of bread. Cut the avocado while you wait.
Then spread the avocado over the toast, add on the peas, and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
This is one of my go-to's. If you want to had a little sweetness, you can also add in some diced tomatoes. Or if you are not vegan, I highly recommend you chop up a hard boiled-egg and mix it with the peas. It's so light but filled with nutrients to get you through the morning or lunch.
